Dear Christian Care Families & Friends,
Each year to show appreciation to the many teammates (Clinical Team, Dining Team, Maintenance, Courtesy, Life Enrichment, Housekeepers, Drivers and Non-Management Administrative Personnel) who make our lives better, our residents and family members have given graciously to our “Pat on the Back” fund. Donations collected are then used to give a “Pat on the Back” through holiday appreciation gifts and festive holiday parties to the teammates across our community.
As a benefit to our donors, we will be processing your gift through the Christian Care foundation. By doing this, your gift will be tax deductible. If you would like to contribute and are writing a check, please make the check payable to: Christian Care Foundation with a notation on the memo line referencing “Christian Care Mesquite Pat on the Back”. You may also donate through our website at www.christiancaremesquite.org. Please designate your gift to Teammate Appreciation.
The deadline for donating is December 10. Please note that separate checks are necessary for your bill and donation. Your donation check, or monies, may be left in any payment drop box throughout the community or given to the front desk, a Director, or Business Office Manager.
